Application Updated, MNC Bank Adds MotionPay and Smart Credit Services

JAKARTA – PT Bank MNC Internasional Tbk (BABP), a subsidiary of PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk (BCAP) added MotionPay and Smart Credit in the MotionBanking application. This application was added after obtaining approval from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia (BI).

Director of MNC Kapital Indonesia, Jessica Tanoesoedibjo said the approval given by OJK and BI was an interesting opportunity to integrate MotionPay and Smart Credit services in the MotionBanking application.

"With these two services, we can complement our current service offerings so that it can make it easier for customers to make transactions and encourage customers to have positive experiences," said Jessica, quoted from the official website, Friday, April 22, 2022.

These two services were added as part of the company's plan to complete the MationBanking ecosystem and increase active accounts. The purpose of MotionPay was added to maximize the acquisition of new users in the Motion Digital ecosystem and simplify top-ups between MotionBanking and MotionPay.

In line with that, the Smart Credit goal was added to make it easier for customers to get loans directly from the MationBanking application, open a biometric onboarding tube account more easily, get fast loans in under 24 hours. As well as providing various attractive promotions for customers.

This collaboration between Kredit Pintar and MotionBanking is the first digital banking innovation in Indonesia in the Indonesian market. In addition to collaborating with MotionPay and Kredit Pintar, the company is also waiting for approval from related parties as a provider of QRIS payment instruments and approval for the launch of virtual credit cards and Mastercard.
